Q2: Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes, we are pleased to provide you samples for quality evaluation, please contact our sales representatives for assistance.
Q3: How long can I receive samples?
It takes us 45-55 days to finish making samples, and 5-7 days for shipment.
Q4: How long can I receive the goods after placing an order?
It takes us 55-65 days to finish making mass production, quality check and packaging, and 5-7 days for shipment.
Q5: What is your MOQ?
- For middle-high end stainless steel watch, bronze watch, carbon fiber watch, titanium watch and aluminium watch, MOQ is 100 - 300pcs.
- For middle range stainless steel watches, MOQ is 500pcs.
Q6: Are the watches water resistant?
Yes, all watches will be strictly inspected before shipment, we are able to make watches with water resistance of 3ATM, 5ATM, 10ATM, 20ATM, 30ATM and 50ATM.
Q7: How do you ship the goods?
- For small orders, we will ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT.
- For large orders, we will ship by boat to save your costs.
Q8: Are the watches guaranteed?
Yes, we provide one year warranty for manufacturing defects.
Warranty Terms:
From the date of shipment, the warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, caseback, crown, crystal, dial and hands) within one year, other parts than the above are not covered.
The case, dial, hands, crystal, strap or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes when the originals are not available.
Shipping cost from the buyer to our repair center in Hong Kong is on buyer‘s account, and shipping cost from our repair center in Hong Kong to the buyer is on our account.
Customs duty from the buyer to our repair center in Hong Kong is on our account, customs duty from our repair center in Hong Kong to the buyer is on the buyer‘s account.
Kindly note that repairs/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal etc.)
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
- Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake.
- Esthetic changes that occur during normal wear, tear and aging (minor scratches on the case and/or cystal, alteration of the color on the strap and peeling of the plating)
- If the warranty is not submitted along with the watch.
- Battery replacement.
Complaints Terms:
It is important for you to check the goods carefully when you receive them in order to verify that the goods are in good conditions and correct.
If the goods are incorrect or damaged during transportation, whether the damage is visible or hidden, please contact our sales representatives and provide the order number and the reason for complaint within two weeks, we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the defective/incorrect goods.
